Returns Policy

At Balance8 Wellness, your satisfaction is our priority. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to accept returns at no extra cost. Our first approach is to resolve any issues through an exchange to ensure your complete satisfaction.

To be eligible for a return under our 30-day policy

    1. The item must be in its original condition as received
    2. It must be unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
    3. A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. 
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@balance8.co.uk
