Shipping Information

At Balance8 Wellness, we aim to get your order to you safely and promptly. All orders are shipped using Royal Mail.

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom, with FREE standard delivery on orders over £50 and all subscription orders.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by bank holidays, courier delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Standard delivery typically takes 2-3 working days from dispatch.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation with tracking information where available.

Next Working Day Delivery

£4.50

Need your order sooner? Next Working Day Delivery is available for both one-time and subscription purchases.

Orders placed before 11:00 AM on a working day will normally be dispatched the same day for delivery on the next working day.

Orders placed after 11:00 AM, or on weekends or bank holidays, will be processed on the next working day.

Next Working Day Delivery is subject to Royal Mail’s delivery network and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If an order cannot be delivered because the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, additional delivery charges may apply if the order needs to be resent.
