UK Standard Delivery
Enjoy complimentary standard delivery on subscription purchases, typically delivered within 2–3 working days. For one-time purchases, this option is available at £3.99.
Next Working Day Delivery
Need your order urgently? Opt for next working day delivery at £4.50. Place your order before 11 AM, and we'll ensure it ships the same day for next-day arrival. This option applies to both subscription and one-time purchases.
Returns Policy
At Balance8 Wellness, your satisfaction is our priority. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to accept returns at no extra cost. Our first approach is to resolve any issues through an exchange to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@balance8.co.uk
