VAT & Import Fees
1. For UK customers, VAT is included in all prices. No additional tax is collected on delivery.
2. For international customers (EU, USA, UAE, Australia, Norway, Switzerland and others), VAT / sales tax and courier handling fees are not included at checkout. These may be collected locally when your order arrives.
3. Customs duties are generally not applied on small orders under local thresholds (e.g. €150 in the EU, USD $800 in the USA).
4. These costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns Policy
At Balance8 Wellness, your satisfaction is our priority. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to accept returns. Our first approach is to resolve any issues through an exchange to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return (30-day policy):
1. The item must be in its original condition as received.
2. It must be unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
3. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

1) UK Returns
a) Returns are accepted within 30 days.
b) Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
c) Once the return is received and approved, the product cost will be refunded to your original payment method.
d) Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the item was incorrect).
2) International Returns (EU & Worldwide)
a) Returns are accepted within 30 days.
b) Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
c) Balance8 Wellness cannot reimburse customs duties, VAT, or courier charges paid at delivery.
d) Once the return is received and approved, the product cost will be refunded to your original payment method.
e) Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the item was incorrect).
Refunds
a) Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
b) Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
c) Please note it may take your bank or card issuer additional time to process the refund.
d) If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@balance8.co.uk
Subscriptions
a) Once a subscription order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
b) You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next order is processed.
